Dear Friends,
Today, we pause to remember September 11, 2001. A day that forever changed our country.
We honor the nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost, the first responders who ran toward danger without hesitation, and the countless heroes who rose to meet the moment in the face of chaos and heartbreak.
Out of that tragedy came a profound sense of unity and resolve. Across America, men and women from all walks of life answered the call to serve. A new generation of patriots stepped forward to defend our nation and safeguard our freedoms.
Many joined the fight in the Global War on Terror, not for glory or recognition, but out of a deep and solemn duty to ensure that such an attack would never threaten our homeland again.
Twenty-four years later, the memory of that day remains etched in our hearts. It reminds us both of the fragility of freedom and the incredible strength of the American spirit. The courage and sacrifice we saw then continue to inspire us today.
As we reflect on the events of 9/11, we honor the lives lost, the heroes who rose in our nation’s darkest hour, and the enduring ideals they defended. Their sacrifice reminds us that America is strongest when we stand together. Today, as greater enemies seek to weaken our freedoms and undermine our values, we cannot afford to be divided. A fractured America is a weaker America. Let us honor the legacy of 9/11 by choosing unity over division—standing shoulder to shoulder as one people, committed to protecting the nation we love.
